Charges (water and electricity consumption) and tourist taxes are invoiced in addition (municipal and departmental tourist tax : 0.60 € per adult and per day).
The final cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant, if the cleaning fee is 60 €.
At the time of booking, a rental contract is established, 30% of the coast are required for the booking. The balance of the stay has to be paid 30 days before entry into the cottage. A deposit of 450 euros is required and is returned after an inventory.
